Terms of Service
Effective May 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of JustSignal. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service
JustSignal lets users connect content sources, import and manage content, transcribe audio, search their library, and generate summaries, scripts, podcasts, and other signals from their content.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the sources you connect, the content you import or forward, and how you use generated outputs. You must have the rights or permissions needed to use the content you add to JustSignal and must comply with applicable laws and third-party service terms.
Connected Sources
If you connect a third-party service such as YouTube or Spotify, you authorize JustSignal to access the data needed to provide the connected feature. You can revoke access through JustSignal where supported or through the third-party provider's account settings.
Generated Outputs
AI-generated summaries, answers, scripts, and audio can contain mistakes or omissions. You should verify important information before relying on it, especially for financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may not use JustSignal to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, interfere with service operations, or access data that does not belong to you.
Availability
We aim to keep JustSignal reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Third-party APIs and content sources can also change or fail outside our control.
Disclaimer
JustSignal is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
